All of our lever belts come with levers, however due to demand we're now offering these lever buckles for sale to people who want to mix up their lever buckle for something new and flash. These fit all the usual lever belts (Titan, Pioneer, Strength Shop etc.), they do not fit SBD belts which have a different hole design.
