Shipping
We ship from our workshop in Wales to destinations worldwide. Free standard UK delivery is available, with Royal Mail Special Delivery offered as a paid upgrade. International services and free-shipping thresholds depend on your destination.
Manufacture and dispatch
- Stock belts: made to order in Wales. Most dispatch the same or next working day; please allow up to 2 working days during busy periods.
- Custom belts using only existing options: dispatch in 8 working days. This includes an existing print with different suede and stitching, or a plain or printed belt with existing embroidery.
- Bespoke custom belts: standard manufacture is 6 weeks. Paid manufacture options from 1–4 weeks can be selected in the customiser.
The first working day is the next working day after ordering. Manufacturing and dispatch times are separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Orders are shipped complete. If your order contains items with different manufacture times, it will be dispatched when all items are ready.

Tracking and delivery
Your dispatch email includes tracking information. Service times begin after dispatch and are estimates unless the selected service expressly states otherwise. Remote destinations can take longer.
PO boxes and some remote addresses may require a postal service instead of a courier. US military APO/FPO addresses use the postal network; select the US Armed Forces service where applicable.
