Find your belt
Choose the shape, fastening and dimensions that suit your training.
Weightlifting or powerlifting?
Weightlifting belts have a wider back and narrower sides and front for room to move. Powerlifting belts have an even width around your waist.
Lever or prong?
A lever gives quick fastening and release once adjusted to your size. A prong buckle lets you change the fit between adjustment holes.
10mm or 13mm?
10mm is generally more flexible. 13mm gives a stiffer feel. Thickness alone does not determine the right belt; comfort and your preferred fit matter too. Other thicknesses are available in selected ranges.
3″ or 4″?
A 3″ belt can give more room between your ribs and hips. A 4″ belt provides a broader contact area. Choose according to your torso and comfort in your lifting positions.
Measure around your body where you wear your belt, rather than using your trouser size. Check the measurement range on the product page.
How to measureBefore you choose
Start with your training, fastening preference and the space between your ribs and hips. Use Help me choose in the navigation for a short selection, then check the specifications on the product page.
Measure at belly-button height over your usual training clothes. Use the size guide for your chosen product; your trouser size is not a reliable measurement. See how to measure.
