Knee Sleeve Size
- Measure knee size:
- Place tape measure around middle of knee when straight
- For elbow sleeves, use the same method
- Size overlap considerations:
- You may fall between two sizes
- Both sizes suitable for lifting
- Larger quads: consider larger size

Updated version. We now use thicker vegetable tanned leather for optimum strength and performance. This leather is approximately 2.2mm thick; the previous brown versions were a little thinner and following customer feedback we've beefed them up!
Perfect for deadlifts of all grip varieties and any pulls you're doing. If you're looking for a strap to do olympic weightlifting movements like snatches we would recommend going for our Olympic Weightlifting specific straps, as you'll need a strap that will release the bar quickly should you need to when missing a lift overhead.
