How To Measure
Belt Size
- Measure at belly button
- Do not rely on trouser / jeans size
- On prong belts aim to be half way along range
- On lever belts aim to be 3/4 the way along range
Knee Sleeve Size
- Measure knee size:
- Place tape measure around middle of knee when straight
- For elbow sleeves, use the same method
- Size overlap considerations:
- You may fall between two sizes
- Both sizes suitable for lifting
- Larger quads: consider larger size
Looking to take your squat or deadlift to the next level? If you're serious about powerlifting you'll know that a Lever Belt is a worthwhile investment. As part of our drive to produce more UK made products we've brought an off the shelf lever belt to market. Previously we only did lever belts made to order. The cost and wait time would obviously put some people off, so we're super excited to bring this off the shelf, ready to order belt.
The belt itself is made from layers of 100% vegetable tanned top grain leather. We use high quality Italian leather - a country synonymous with excellence in leather tanning. Vegetable tanning is the original leather production method. The transformation from raw hides into a material that will last a long time is a process that happens slowly in wooden drums while respecting the environment. It is an astonishing process based on the use of natural tannins, on modern technologies and machinery but mainly, on the slow passage of time. The long ageing process gives a strong leather that is exceptionally durable. We use top grain, which is the skin surface of the leather. As you go deeper into the hide the fibres become more loosely packed and the leather becomes weaker and stretchier. Cheaper belts - if they're even made of leather - are usually made from leather that's further from the skin surface and thus more stretchy and less durable.
The outer of the belt is a faux leather with our famous Tattoo Print, designed by a close friend of Mobility Tools - award winning tattooist Chris Harrison. The print is done in the UK and the detail on the print and colour tone is fantastic. The inside of the belt is a black English suede; made in a small artisan tannery in Louth.
Both the belt and lever come with a lifetime warranty. This covers any breaks in the belt, lever, stitching, hole damage etc. As leather is a natural product we do not advise leaving your belt in somewhere wet or damp - any leather product left in these conditions will get mouldy over time. Lifetime warranties do not cover mould damage.

Lever Powerlifting Belt - Sizing Information
Please measure around your waist / belly button WHERE THE BELT WILL SIT. Do not rely on your jeans size / waist size as this WILL be different
TIPS: Pull the tape measure tight, DO NOT suck your stomach in.
FOR LEVER BELTS YOU WANT TO AIM TO BE BETWEEN HALFWAY AND 90% OF THE WAY ALONG THE HOLES. IF YOU'RE BELOW HALF WAY GO A SIZE DOWN, AS YOU DON'T WANT A LOT OF EXCESS BELT INSIDE AS THIS CAN BE UNCOMFORTABLE.
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU'RE 33" AROUND STOMACH WE RECOMMEND A MEDIUM RATHER THAN A LARGE, EVEN THOUGH YOU FALL IN THE RANGE OF SIZING FOR BOTH BELTS.
