How much is delivery?

Delivery to the UK is free on orders over £30. Below that there are two options - Royal Mail 48 tracked and signed for £3.95 or Royal Mail 24 tracked and signed for £4.95.

Delivery to Europe is free on orders over £75. Below that it is £9.99.

Delivery to North America is free on orders over £75. Below that is is £12.99.

Delivery to the rest of world is free on orders over £75. Below that it is £14.99

 

How long does delivery take?

UK - 1-2 days on RM24, 2-3 days on RM48. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Europe - typically 5-7 days. Delivery is Monday to Friday. We send on either DHL Paket or Royal Mail International.

North American - typically 7-10 days. Delivery is Monday to Friday. We send on either DHL Paket or Royal Mail International.

Rest of world - typically 10-14 days. Delivery is Monday to Friday. We send on either DHL Paket or Royal Mail International.

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly from your account. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email (provided an accurate email address is provided) letting you know your order is dispatched and your tracking number. If you have Facebook messenger linked to your email you can also get updates here. UK customers can also get a text update on the morning of delivery. 

if you don’t have an account you can sign up after and it will link to your order. We will be happy to help you set it up if you can’t do it yourself.

 

I’m not sure which belt / knee sleeves to buy?

We are always happy to answer any questions you have. We’ve been in the strength training game for over 20 years and involved in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting for over a decade so we can advise the best product for your training type. We have also graded the products for their suitability in different sports to help. If you need help just drop us a message.

 

How do I know what size belt to buy?

The main thing to remember when buying a belt is that you should not go off the size of trousers you wear. To measure you will need a tape measure and wrap it around your waist at your belly button, as this is where the belt is going to sit. Pull the tape measure tight but do not breathe in. You will likely fall between two sizes, especially on the larger belts. If you plan on losing or gaining weight we recommend taking this into account when choosing a belt. We can also put extra holes in a belt if you lose so much weight that you run out of holes. If in doubt though just ask :)

 

How do I know what size knee sleeves to buy?

Buyint the right size can be tricky, as unlike a t shirt you’ve probably never worn knee sleeves so have no idea what size to buy. We use a size chart that uses the knee to measure which size sleeve to buy, however it’s not an exact science. If you are stockier and have relatively big legs for your size you may want to go for the size up, especially if you’re on the limit. We have included the dimensions for the knee sleeves themselves so at least you know how big they are and can get an idea of how but they are compared to your quads or calves.

 

I want to order a custom belt, can you make my design?

As long as it can be embroidered then yes we can make your design. The maximum size we can embroider is 30cm x 8cm. We can embroider 12 different colours on the machine at once, but the choice is of a few hundred different colours. We can embroider the outside, inside and belt loop (only single Prong and double Prong have belt loops). We do not do any design work until an order is placed, but we can advise if something is going to be possible beforehand.

 

I’m waiting for a product to come back in stock, when will it be back? 

If a belt, knee sleeves, wrist strap or another accessory is out of stock it’s likely that we will be out of stock for no more than 3-4 weeks. We try to predict stock flow so that we don’t run out but sometimes a certain size becomes unusually popular and we sell more than we anticipated. Mobility items can take a little longer to come in.
