2. Make a contract with us

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we provisionally accept your order. After this you will receive a subsequent email that the goods have been dispatched and it is at this point that a contract has been made between us.

2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order (i.e. marked as dispatched), and there will be no contract between us.

2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.

2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

2.7 This contract is covered by English law.

2.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

3. How to place order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. Any formalised quotes obtained by email will be subject to payment prior to delivery. In exceptional circumstances the maximum payment terms are 7 days from delivery. This exception will be communicated at time of order.

3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Paypal, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect. We do not store any card details, nor do we have access to your card details. All transactions are securely processed by PayPal. We do not share any information with 3rd parties.

3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

3.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse the same working day if ordered before 2pm (UK time). Any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.

4.2 We will normally deliver goods within 2-3 working day of dispatch (to UK). The delivery method will be selected by the buyer at checkout. Domestic items are posted with Royal Mail, UPS, APC or other couriers.
international orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail or UPS. Orders sent with Royal Mail will then be delivered by the post carrier in the recipients country.

4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

4.4 We can deliver our goods anywhere in the world. If your country/region is not available at checkout please contact us for a quote.

4.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be able accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

4.6 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

4.7 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge. For example, DPD charge us £8 + VAT to return the parcel to our depot. This does not include the original charge to send to the customer. Therefore, any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the charges incurred.

4.8 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

4.9 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.

4.10 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

4.11 Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

4.12 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

4.13 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery is accepted or collected from a depot. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled under any conditions. We are unable to reroute parcels or cancel deliveries once in the Royal Mail network.

4.14 All deliveries are made during week days, except where Royal Mail is chosen (Royal Mail deliver to residential addresses on a Saturday), so an order placed on a Friday would not normally be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4.15 If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail a charge of £2.50 + VAT will be deducted from any refunds, along with the original postage cost paid. If your order is incorrectly addressed it will be returned to us automatically by Royal Mail as it will be triggered by their system at your local depot. We cannot intercept any packages once dispatched. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

5.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt form the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly known as Distance Selling Regulations), or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.

5.2 If you would like to return an order, you must return the goods within 365 days (yes, you read that correct - 1 year) of order, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

5.3 We will refund all monies paid to us by you minus any postage (provided the goods have been delivered by our carrier to the postage specifications i.e. delivered / delivered by set time). This deduction will not apply if your goods are/were faulty and you are requiring a full refund. We are obliged to refund our basic delivery costs not for an upgraded delivery service. If you were offered free delivery we are not under a legal obligation to refund the extra cost for next day delivery if you decided to opt for it. Similarly if there was no free option available but the cheaper 2-3 day service was not chosen you would only be refunded the cost of the 2-3 day service even if you chose the next day option.

5.4 Business customers, or customers exempt from the CCRs may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please note - postage to a business address doesn't constitute a business order, so don't worry about getting your order sent to your place of work.

5.5 If you qualified for free delivery and return goods that take the total down to below the free delivery threshold, your order would be recalculated on that value and if delivery would have been charged, this amount would be deducted from the refund.

5.6 If you purchased using a discount code and wish to return an item, the refund will take into account whether you still qualify for that original discount amount.

For example, if you had a discount code qualifying you for £30 off when you spend £100 and you had an item for £20 that you returned on a £110 total (meaning you are charged £80), your new total would be £90, so you would not qualify for the original discount and be in debt of £10, should you wish to return the item(s). You would of course be able to take advantage of any available discounts on your recalculated total. For example, if there was a subsequent code offering £20 for spends over £75, you would now be eligible for this, making your total £70 (£20 off the £90 total), so you would be eligible for a refund of £10 on this example order, if returning the £20 item.

5.7 Customised products (such as belts) cannot be cancelled once payment has been taken. Customised products are non returnable or refundable, should you change your mind or for any other reason. If the product is faulty we will either repair or replace the product. This is in-line with Consumer Contract Regulations. Customised products will come with an estimated delivery date. This date is an estimate and an order cannot be cancelled should the customised product take longer to arrive.

5.8 You may not cancel an order once it has been paid for, however you may return it for a refund provided it meeds the conditions detailed above. Refusal of delivery once dispatched may incur charges (as detailed above).

5.9 We offer post purchase up-sells on most products. These are hand picked items that we think compliment what you have just ordered and are a one-time offer immediately after the checkout is completed. You do not have to take these offers up. These offers cannot be added at a later date. If you purchase one of our post purchase up-sells and return an item from the order prior to the up-sell then your refund will take into account that you no longer qualify for that up-sell price and that it will be charged full price. You can return your original order and the up-sell for a full refund. For example, if you ordered product A at £40 and were offered an up-sell of product B at £20 instead of an RRP of £30 then returning product A for a refund would yield a refund of £30 (£40 minus £10).

 5.10 Gift cards / vouchers are non-refundable.

6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It's helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

6.2 All goods are covered by a one year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that guarantee.

6.3 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

6.4 Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request or provided adequate imagery for us to deduce that return is not necessary.

6.5 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.6.6 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
