The singlet is all black with heavy duty four way stretch nylon inserts on the thighs (with a layer of lycra underneath). This allows you to train in your singlet for Singlet FridaysTM without worrying about wearing away the thighs. Men and women have slightly different sizes so please refer to the size chart for info. The women’s singlet has a feminine fit (though image here shows the men’s singlet).
Size chart is approximate depending on your bodyweight and height, so if you are taller and leaner than people typically in your category you might want to go up a size for more length. The sizes are depending on the bodyweight category you plan to compete in. For example, to compete in the 48kg category your bodyweight will be under 48kg.
S – 48kg, 53kg
M – 58kg, 63kg
L – 69kg, 75kg
XL – 90 kg
2XL – bodyweight over 90kg
