Resistance Bands

Our resistance bands are the best bands on the market! Fact! Don’t buy cheap chinese bands that will snap and have fillers to bulk them up, ours are 100% latex, which is a little more expensive than the cheaper alternatives. These bands are so strong that you can shove a pen through them leaving a gaping hole and they still won’t snap (not that we recommend it!). There’s a tonne of different exercises you can do with resistance bands, from working on your mobility, using them to improve muscle control and range of motion after an injury as well as using them for a million different strength exercises.   • 2080mm x 6.35mm x 6.35mm (2.08m or 41" is the standard gym band length) Resistance of approximately 7kg per band - see below for full info on resistance Rotator Cuff work - internal rotation, external rotation, abduction - can all be performed when the band is anchored. Scapular stability - either use one band tied to a squat rack or rig and work on your scapular stability and activation.
