How To Measure
Belt Size
- Measure at belly button
- Do not rely on trouser / jeans size
- On prong belts aim to be half way along range
- On lever belts aim to be 3/4 the way along range
Knee Sleeve Size
- Measure knee size:
- Place tape measure around middle of knee when straight
- For elbow sleeves, use the same method
- Size overlap considerations:
- You may fall between two sizes
- Both sizes suitable for lifting
- Larger quads: consider larger size

A new version of our super popular Elite Weight Lifting Belt. We've gone for a Steel Grey / Blue Denim look Suede leather which is approx 1-2mm thick, then a layer of buffalo leather that is 4-5mm thick and then another layer of suede which is around 1-2mm. Having a buffalo leather in the middle is significantly more expensive than many other weight lifting belts (you will often see thin layers of grey cardboard type material which is how some brands can sell cheap belts. We don’t do things like that, we want to give you a quality product that will last forever. The total thickness of this belt is around 6-7mm thick which gives unparalleled support but the freedom of movement that you get with a weightlifting belt due to the tapered sides. The belt is built to last and you'll have a very supportive weight lifting belt for years to come.
The belt comes with a black suede padded inner for a fantastic level of comfort and a chunky double prong buckle which shows the quality of the belt (no skinny little buckles on our belts!). Highly likely to increase your squat... The belt has one chunky loop 35mm wide.
Measure around your belly button to get an idea of size to order. You want to be in the middle, so if you're 31 or 32" best to go for medium! This is our best and most popular all round belt. You can lift in it without it getting in the way. It offers substantial support for when you're going for max Clean and Jerks or pull a bar full of plates on your deadlift PB.
